As some of us may know, Reaper-x has released another update for WoW patch/version 2.3.3, Reaper-x MaNGOS 5225. As usual, this is a help thingy if you need any help. BTW quite a few things have changed on it. Please comment if your stuck and me or someone else will be glad to help.

hunter’s pets freeze as soon as they are summoned or tamed. they can be dismissed but when you resummon they refuse to budge. is there a way to fix this?

yep … take a look at pet stats if u know what to do and u can fix them ….

is there a tutorial for this? I am really lost and could use a little help. everything else seems to run fine except pets.

lol … no it`s no tutorial for this … u must know scripting … sry i don`t have time at the moment to make the fixes … i got some money problems and until i fix them i won`t be online .. so either keep in there or await for the next release

i seem to be sticking on login it connects and gets past hand shake, then it acts like its gonna jump to charcter creation but just disconnects instead.. running 5225mangos 2.3.3 used the reaperx walkthrough.. any ideas???

you obviously have mangosd.exe and realmd.exe running to get that far. when mangosd.exe is loading, do any errors come up?

I wonder if you know anything about feeding pets above lvl 90… we have 3 custom foods quail, boar meat and bananas but no pets like the food at all… is there aknown fix for this, or possibly do you know what to look for? Thanx in advance, oh btw we have both a 2.3 and a 2.33 server running both have this problem…

I downloaded the reaper mangos folder from the site and also got the DBC and Maps .rar that were also there.
I installed everthing right (i think) , i got the vmaps and everthing and i put them all in one folder
But when i get up to doing the reaper mangos .bat thingy i go to number 4 and pass all the things (couse i dont know what they do)
and i get to a bit were it asked me were the vmaps , dbc and maps are. so i put in the address and it comes up with something about ” AND is not an internal or external command” so i search the internet and someone told me that it doesnt like spaces so i go C:\DocumentsandSettings\Owner\Desktop\Data and then it comes up with something about DBC is not there please put/cut/move dbc to C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\Data
But it is there , does anyone know what the hell im doing wrong
Im going to start from scratch and see were i get but if anyone has any ideas please let me no

sprite may know something but pets are always glitched up and the level of your pet probaly has sometihng to do with it.

make sure your using the correct vmaps, dbc and maps files.

Hello,
Got this up and running for the first time last night and I have to say this is great. I am currently using this more as a learning tool for the acutal game. However I have one problem – it wont let me go to OutLand and says that I need to have TBC to enter. How would I enable this as I do have the software?

in mangosd.conf, one of the first options is Expantion=0
change the 0 to 1 and Outland should work

Thank you for the links. I will test them with my Virus scanner just to make sure that they’re not virus’s or anything first.
