Some answering on the comments asked me to set up this even though I don’t know how to fix any ingame bugs, he’ll be posting comments on how to fix them or he’ll emial them to me and then i’ll post them on here.

well y`l try and answear all u`r questions and resolve them .. but don`t ask about Spell`s cause y don`t know how to fix them .. well the teleport spells y do
….
so ask about Quest`s , Loot`s that Arent there ..Npc`s … anyrhing u find on the 2.3.3 release … it`s the best there is at the moment and with very few bugs
so let`s try and corect them and make a better server

use Sqlyog or navicat to connect to u`r database …. go on the database characters with table character and u will see there guid and account … that is all u need … u can know wich char is the ahbot by taking a look at the names in row 5
and it should look like this
AuctionHouseBot.Account = 152 (the account number not the name … it will crash if u don`t put a corect number)
AuctionHouseBot.GUID = 11

steve … take a look at widgets in the presentation panel and pun on this website the blog stats widget
…. y made a default blog so y can see what u`r using and it worked for me

small problem im having when i use the npc in game to create a guild that works fine… then go to the guild vault buy some tabs that works fine then i logout then back in that works fine it seems the out of no where this happens

after that i cannot leave the guild or join another one it says im not in a guild then when i try to purchase another guild paper its says im in a guild using latest version of mangos
i kinda need a fix for this for it has ruined several accts

and now when i make a new charcter and form a guild and go to the guild vault mangos crashes and when i rebbot the server the guild i had created dissapears and no longer lets me craete or leave the guild its like its stuck in a half state

well i have reinstalled the server and luckly i had a recent b/u of characters since the reinstall I have been able to make a guild bought tabs on the guild vault and deposited gold into the vault logged off and back in and all is still there. so im thinking it was a bad shutdown that caused the bug ill keep ya updated

if u had the character db from the last release and made a guil in the new one it happens like that .. happened to me too …
y made a new install and didn`t put the character backup and it worked fine and it still does ….
it now depends on the guys playing on u`r server … mine told me y should leave it as it was and don`t wipe theyr chars so …..

… the only thing u can do it install all again in anouther computer …. put u`r char backup … make on the one in u`r computer the same guilds with the same names … and then open the db in both computers and fill in u`r computer db the id`s from the other computer … y don`t know if u got it … i mean using 2 computers 2 db 2 mysql and filling in from the one with the bugs in the one with fresh install

yes it seems that way.. my issue now is when i make a guild then log onto another acct and make another guild it does not form the new guild right it ignores the name i selected for the guild and gives it the same guild name as i created on the first acct… as far as how many players i have this server running for one person that is my 60yr old father and im peeved to hell that i was banned from reapers site for no apparent reason or at least no reason to which he was giving me.. i had a problem with his forum and posting a comment think i went a lil click happy for this i was banned this is not the days of dialup the theory of hammering is non existed anymore

i have just made 2 new accts vreate a guild on the first acct called guild test one then made a second account made a guild called guild test two when i register the second guild it shows the guild name as being test guild one and not two like it should

I have a strange problem with 5116.
With the unified database the creatures on the map do not move.
With the project silvermoon database they do.

okay installin to two machines is a piece of cake are you sayin fresh install on 2nd pc then move char backup over there and restore and thats where ya lost me from there on

the unified database works great for me … yeah y did a first install with it changed to silver and back again to see if u`r right but they are moving here so y don`t know what to tell u …
if they aren`t moving and u`r tired of installing all over again … take a look at the commands and put waypoint to with creatures must move .. but that will take longer than a install

on 1 u have to import the db but don`t import it to the other computer … the table data is changed and has other slots it will make u`r mangos crash later on ….

will I have to do those steps everytime a guild is to be created ? if so then perhaps i will sacrifice the user accts all together if reinstallin mysql enterprise and the server will fix the prob?? and what is the difference between the unified database and the silvermoon one the unified one warlocks trainers imp kill me on the spot the silvermoon one and the imps are green like they should be

y strongly suggest that all upgrade u`r releases to the new 5116 release the other one has serious bugs and it will crash after a while wipe`ing all u`r characters ….. y onestly don`t know what happened .. it happenes from nothing …. and until now i didn`t find any way to fix it … so i upgraded it to the last release
i hope u`l follow my advice and don`t loose all u`r players like me

if u know what kind of releases reaper has used from mangos can u tell me or email me ? … cause i`m trying to compile my own and see if the same bugs come up … .
there must be something wrong and i`m trying to find out what ….

i think he’s using the latest one. i also think its called magnos 5116 but i don’t know, go to http://www.mangosproject.org/forum/ and see what the latest release is and that should be it

well i compiled my own files with the latest releases of mangos,silver, script and with the unfilled db and it worked just like reaper`s …. the bugs are the the db`s i mean silver and unfilled not from mangos
onestly i`m out of ideea to what to do in the game …. (at the moment i`m awaiting players to discover the bugs )
so if anyone found anything in the 5116 release please post here and we will try to fix it

well steve it`s taking the core from mangos and ussing visual c++ and sdk platform u compile the files into what they are now so u can play … belive me i didn`t knew how to do anything but thank`s to the forums and guids on mangos project i made it work … it`s harder and with many headakes … better for the newbies to take Reaper`s pack .. it`s the same as if u`r doing one urself

the update.rar file are some little fixes like pet auras or warlock pet fixes …. so who wants to take them plz feel free .. u just go with sqlyog on u`r db right click on the mangos db and import batch file and put in the files in the update rar one by one ….
the graveyard zone.rar is for who wants to don`t run after his corpse all the time in the instance and resurect right there after the 20sec plz free to take it BUT U`L HAVE TO DROP THE SAME NAME TABLE IN THE DB AND PUT IN THIS ONE …. MAKE A BACKUP FIRST … IT WORKED ON MINE`S BUT WHO KNOWS SO MAKE A BACKUP OF U`R TABLE FORST

npc teleporter … it`s based on the quest script so no compiling should be done … just go onto u`r sqlyog and log on right click on the mangos db and import batch file and put npc teleporter file …
u should spawn it with 500000 or 500001

The quest More armaments in zangramarsh is not repeatable in the project silvermoon server but i found out how to fix it , u need to add the relation in the database between creature and quest so its the same , dono if any of u have the bug as i did =D

I am having an interesting error…Magnos 5953.5 I have installed MySQL 5.0, and was able to properly extract the maps and vmaps. the installation seemed to go properly, i mean no error messages. I think I edited the magnos.conf, realmd.conf and ScriptDev2.conf correctly anytime I attempt to run magnosd.exe and realmd.exe “I get magnosd.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience”
Anyone have any ideas?
